Finding work.
If you are not interested in establishing your own business but would still like to earn some money, it is a good idea to begin searching for employment. It is strongly recommended that you formalise any employment agreements made between you and your employer with a written contract. Under the 'Economic Decree', such a contract must include the following:
Knowing your rights.
As a worker, you are entitled to weekly pay at a rate negotiated between you and your employer. You are also entitled to any worker's compensation detailed in your contract. Additionally, you have the right to join a trade union and participate in its governance. If you believe that your rights as a worker have been breached, please contact the Ministry of Commerce as soon as possible.
